My version of Swedish Meatballs … couldnt add mushrooms as I would have liked as some in house wont eat em 🤦♀️… 1
bag of Frozen Meatballs (got 2 bags for $5.00) 1 can of garlic mushroom soup (shhhhh dont tell the ones currently eating it that it’s in there) (Campbells $1.29) 1 brown gravy packet (like .69 cent Meijers brand) 1 packet of Lipton Oinion Dip (box had 3 envelopes for 1.00 so .33 cents) some minced garlic (got 1 jar for 1.00 at dollar tree) and 1 box of beef broth (1.00 at Dollar Tree) and 1/2 a bag of egg noodles (1.00 dollar at Dollar Tree so .50 cents) put all but egg noodles in crockpot for 4 hrs on high …
let cook then add 1/2 bag of noodles uncooked and let them cook in the juice for a hr. Simply amazing and so cheap. Fed a family of 3 for about about 5.50ish and there is enough for dinner tonight AND lunches tomorrow. Cant beat that anyway I look at it. Hope you all are doing well in this lockdown 💋 us here in OH are hanging tough.
