Instructions
- Prepare the banana peppers

- Remove the seeds and membranes carefully.

- Add diced onion and cook until softened.

- Stuff the peppers

- Pour marinara sauce around the peppers.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 10โ15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve warm with extra marinara sauce, garlic bread, or a fresh salad.
