Baked Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

*PREPARATION

1 Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a bowl, combine the meat, salt, garlic powder, finely chopped onion, oregano, pepper, worcestershire sauce, crumble the bread and add the egg. After obtaining a homogeneous mixture, shape the meat into meatballs. Place the meatballs on a plate and press lightly with your thumb in the centre to form a hole. Cut the mozzarella into small dice and place in the centre in the hollows of each meatball. Close and roll, to return to the shape of the meatballs.
2 In a frying pan put a little olive oil and fry the meatballs over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. They should be golden brown. Place the meatballs in an ovenproof dish. Boil hot water for your pasta. Prepare the tomato sauce.
3 Bake the meatballs for 12-15 minutes. Serve meatballs, beef stuffed with mozzarella on pasta and a little tomato sauce.
