SNICKERS CARAMEL APPLE SALAD

INGREDIENTS
6 small apples, cored and chopped (I like to use a blend of Granny Smith and Red Delicious)
6 (1.86-ounce) Snickers Bars, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 (5.1-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix,
1/2 cup milk
1 (12-ounce) container Cool Whip
1 cup marshmallows, optional
1/2 cup caramel sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk together pudding mix and milk in a large bowl. Fold in Cool Whip.
Fold in apples, chopped Snickers, and marshmallows.
Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Deviled Egg Pasta Salad

This salad will be simply mouthwatering !!Follow the recipe to learn how to make the perfect side dish for Easter ( or anytime) and a great way to use hard boiled eggs !!

YOU’LL NEED :

  • Macaroni pasta: 8 oz. (I always cook as per directions on the box)
  • Hard boiled eggs: 6 (I always remove diced yolk)
  • Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
  • Mustard: 1 tablespoon
  • Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
  • White vinegar: 1 tablespoon
  • Granulated sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Red onion: 1 small(chopped)
  • Celery: 2 ribs (chopped)
  • Paprika: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onions for garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT :

  1. As mentioned above, cook macaroni per package instruction. And please drain, rinse and set aside in a large bowl.
  2. The hard-boiled eggs needs to be Cut in half and the yolks removed at this stage. Make sure to place the yolks in a small bowl and set to the side.
  3. Chop the egg whites and add to the pasta bowl, then add the chopped onion and celery to the pasta bowl. Using a fork, mash the egg yolks.
  4. You’ll want to add the mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and mustard, stirring to combine.
  5. The next step is to stir in egg yolk sauce to the pasta bowl and toss until combined.
  6. Immediately place in the refrigerator for no less than 60 minutes. Finally, use green onions for garnish

Non-Lame Fruit Salad

Ingredients
strawberries, leave top removed and halved
white nectarine, pitted and sliced
limes, quartered and grilled on high heat
blackberry
mint
orange supremes
avocado, large diced
plums, pitted and quartered
basil


Instructions
Prep all ingredients as instructed.
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
Combine the last 4 ingredients in a bowl.

Loaded Baked Potato Salad

Ingredients:
8 medium Russet Potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 package of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, chopped
Chives, to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

How to make this recipe:

Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Cover with water and boil until fork tender, about 20-25 mins. Drain and cool the potatoes. Once they’re cool, mix the mayo and sour cream. Add the onions, chives, and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with extra shredded cheese and bacon and serve.

DELUXE EGG SALAD !

DELUXE EGG SALAD :

INGREDIENTS:

– 2 TBSP.Of softened butter at kitchen temperature
.– 3 oz cream cheese at kitchen temperature.
– 2 TBSP.Of minced celery.
– 1 TBSP.Of Mayo, more if desired
.– 1 t.Of grated onion.
– 1 t.Of sugar
.– 1/2 t.Of lemon juice.
– 1/4 t.Of salt
.– 1/8 t.Of pepper.
– 6 hard-boiled eggs, I squished them with a fork.Croissants/Bread, you can use what you have.
• OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS:
– Paprika
– Bacon.

– Dill Pickle Relish.

DIRECTIONS:

– Step 1: Cream the butter and the cream cheese together in a medium bowluntil creamy.– Step 2: Stir in the celery, mayo, cinnamon, carrot, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well mixed.– Step 3: Stir in the eggs and blend well.– Step 4: For 1 hour or more, cover and chill it in the fridge.– Step 5: Serve on croissants or bread.I HOPE YOU’LL ENJOY MAKING OUR RECIPES!!

Want an easy and healthy cauliflower salad ? you can’t go wrong here !! This quick and easy salad is an important source of vitamins and minerals, plus you can serve as a whole meal.

TO MAKE THIS RECIPE YOU’LL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS :

° Cauliflower: Head (small flower clip)

° Cumin: ½ tsp

° Water: 4 cups

° Tomato: 1 large piece (chopped in cubes)

° Cucumber: 1 large piece (chopped inslices)

° Fresh Parsley: 3 large spoons (chopped)

° Corn: 12 cup (frozen or canned)

° Salt: ½ tsp

° Black pepper: ½ tsp

° Olive oil: 2 large spoons

° Lemon juice: 1 large spoons

STEPS TO MAKE IT :

STEP 1 :

First, pick a saucepan and heat in the water, add the cumin. And please leave it until it boils.

STEP 2 :

You’ll want to add the chopped cauliflower and leave the mixture to boil for 5 minutes. After the time specified has passed, strain the cauliflower and leave it to cool.

STEP 3 :

Make sure to mix cauliflower with tomatoes, cucumbers also corn.

STEP 4 :

Finally, add the chopped parsley, lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper and stir well. Serve & ENJOY !!!

MACARONI SALAD

Homemade pasta salad! A classic pasta salad that is made of tender macaroni tossed in colorful vegetables and creamy dressing.

The simple, tasty, comfort food that we all crave! And when cooled, it gives it a special treat on a humid summer day.

One of that stuff, like a wonderful macaroni salad, I did not always enjoy. Since I previously walked by pasta and potato salads, I enjoyed it but didn’t especially like it.

I also realized that these are summertime essentials.

The macaroni salad recipe is a pleasant and flexible side dish that makes a fantastic addition to every cookout or picnics.

INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED:

• 16 oz.Of Elbow Macaroni.

• 1/2 Red Onion.

• A medium Green-Bell Pepper.

• A medium Red-Bell Pepper.

• 1/4 C.Of fresh Parsley.

• A medium Carrot.

• 3/4 C.Of Mayonnaise.

• 1 Tbsp.Of Spicy Mustard.

• Salt, to taste

• Black Pepper, to taste

PREPARATION:

• Step 1 – According to box instructions, cook the macaroni al dente, drain, and clean.

• Step 2 – Transfer to a wide bowl and let cool.

• Step 3 – Chop red onion, green and red bell peppers, fresh parsley, and dice the medium carrot while macaroni is cooking and cool, set aside for later.

• Step 4 – Add the prepared veggies to the cooked macaroni, then add the mayonnaise, spicy mustard, sea salt, and black pepper.

• Step 5 – Mix together, and chill in the fridge for 2 hours. Serve at room temperature or cold.

THE BEST TROPICAL FRUIT SALAD

Best Tropical Fruit Salad is the only recipe you’ll ever need. My picky family devoured this fruit salad. The bandage is really charming. A mixture of citrus juices with honey is great in a fruit salad dressing. Then we added some special ingredients that give it a little oomph and a touch of zest to add a touch of delicacy.

  • Ingredients :

About pineapple:

° 1 pineapple

° 1 red apple

° 2 kiwis

° Lemon juice

° sugar

For grape fruits:

° 1 grapefruit

° 150g strawberries

° sugar

  • Instructions:

1- About pineapple:

Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise, starting with the leaves. Remove the fibrous core. Cut the meat starting from the sides, then run the knife under the meat, being careful not to puncture the bark. Gently press the empty sleeve to collect the juice.

In the peel, put a few slices of apple, kiwi and pineapple. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with sugar.

2- For grapefruit:

2 pieces of grapefruit. Take the meat with a grapefruit spoon (or knife). Scrape off half of the grapefruit peel to remove the films (small white peel).

In a grapefruit peel, put strawberry pieces and grapefruit pieces. You can add mint leaves. Sweeten up a little.

Big Mac Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 lb ground beef (cooked and cooled)
1 bag of shredded lettuce
1/2 medium onion- diced
1/4 cup diced dill pickle (or more if you’re a pickle lover)
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup thousand island dressing

DIRECTIONS

Cook ground beef, drain and set aside to cool. Chop/dice/shred all ingredients and put in bowl. Add cooked ground beef.
Mix, add dressing, mix again and serve
(My family loves for me to leave the dressing on the side for everyone to do their own- I also put tomatoes on the side) The photos below show the recipe doubled.
