°2 cups all-purpose flour
°1 cup packed brown sugar
°3⁄4 cup cold butter
°1 1⁄2 cups chopped pecans
°1 package (11 1/2 ounces) milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour and brown sugar in a bowl; cut into butter until crumbly. Press to bottom of un-greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking-pan. Garnish with pecans; drizzle warmed caramel topping evenly over pecans. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 to 20 min or to caramel is bubbly. Placing on wire rack. Sprinkle with chocolate chips; let stand 5 minutes, then spread chocolate chips over caramel and pecan layer. Let cool for at least 6 hours at room temperature or until chocolate has set (cooling may cause chocolate to dull). Cut into bars.
