In a bowl, combine the ground cookies with the melted butter, transfer to a baking sheet and press.
In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
Pour in the pressed cookies. Baking at 160 °C (320 °F) for 45 mn.
Cut into squares and dip in a mixture of melted chocolate and hazelnuts.
Freeze for 15 minutes.
