Ingredients
3 cups of mixed greens
1 bell pepper, cut into large cubes
3 cups
thawed frozen peas (do not take canned ones)
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
3 cups
thawed frozen corn
1/2 red onion, cut into thin
strips
2 cups of grated carrots
1 large slice of cooked ham cut
into cubes
1 good handful of
grated cheddar cheese
3 slices of bacon, cut into
small pieces
2 cups of mayonnaise
1 pouch Club House Italian Dip & Dressing Mix
2 tbsp. tablespoon white vinegar
2 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper
Steps:
In the bottom of the dish, spread the
mesclun. Salt and pepper.
Add the rest of the ingredients
in order up to the ham.
Mix mayonnaise, mix
dip and dressing Club House , vinegar and olive oil.
Spread over the ham.
On top of the mayonnaise, add
the cheese and bacon. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Club House paprika
