Biscuits

2 c all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1 stick unsalted butter, cubed
1 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 tbsp chives, minced
3/4 c buttermilk
Sausage, Egg, Cheese Filling
1 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided
8 breakfast sausage patties, fully cooked
6 eggs, scrambled

Directions:

1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

2. Add baking powder, flour, and salt into a food processor, then pulse until well mixed.

3. Add cheddar cheese, butter, and chives. Pulse again until well mixed.

7. Top each dough with cheese, 1 sausage patty, and 2 tbsp of scrambled eggs.

8. Place another dough on top and seal the sides.

9. Line with parchment paper a baking sheet.

10. Arrange them onto the prepared baking sheet. You will make about 8 rolls.

11. Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.

12. Serve hot and enjoy!

Note:

Place any leftovers inside a resealable bag, then place them inside the fridge. They can last up to one week.
