°1 lb burger
°1 piece onion
°1 piece Green pepper
°1/8 tsp at t. salt and pepper
°2 tbsp. at s. butter
°1/4 tsp. at t. aucre
°2 cans CAMPBELL® Condensed Tomato Soup
°8 pieces bacon, cooked
°2 cups aged cheddar
°4 pieces bread, passed through a food processor to make breadcrumbs
°1/3 cup butter, melted
°380 grams egg noodles
In a large skillet, sauté the beef and onion in 2 tbsp. at s. of butter and seasoning them with 2 tbsp. at s. salt / pepper ,to beef becomes browned. Crumble the beef constantly with a fork. Drain the meat when cooked, and return it to the pan.
Add the two cans of tomato soup, green pepper and sugar to the skillet. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
In pot, cooking noodle. Drain.
In a saucepan, put the hamburger preparation, and pour the 2 cups of cheddar and the chopped bacon.
Add the noodles to the pot, and combine the hamburger and cheddar mixture.
Garnish with fresh breadcrumbs, and pour in 1/3 cup of melted butter.
Bake in a saucepan, covered, at 175°C (350°F) for 45 minutes. Remove the lid during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
