Baked Donuts Recipe

  • Ingredients

+3 people

° 1 egg

° 250 g flour

° 9 cl of milk

° 30gm melted butter

° 30 grams of sugar

° 1 c. to c. Dry bread yeast or bread yeast 12 g

° 1 c. to c. Vanilla extract or liquid vanilla

° 1 c. to c. Salt level(s) or fine salt

Extras of your choice

° jam

° Nutella

° Maple syrup

° honey

Gently heat the milk (until it becomes lukewarm) and dilute the yeast in it with a little sugar. In a bowl, mix the flour, melted butter, sugar and eggs, then knead the dough.


Grease the salad bowl and put the dough inside. Let it rise in a warm place, away from air currents.

Leave it to rise for a good hour. It should double in size.


Pour the dough onto a floured work surface and chop the dough to a thickness of 3 cm.

Form 6 donuts and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper.


Let it rise again for 30 minutes.

Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.

Let them cool and stuff them with the filling.
