Banana Cake – This simple version of the classic banana cake is an easy, perfect dessert and a great way to use more bananas! Banana cake covered with cream cheese frosting, perfect!This is a proven recipe!If you want to satisfy your sweet tooth, you can’t miss it here.My mother always does this, but give me a chance not to let you down!
- ingredients :

° 1/2 cup soft butter
° 2 cups of sugar
° 3 eggs
° 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 2 cups flour
° 1 teaspoon baking soda
° pinch of salt
+Cream cheese frosting:
° 1/2 cup butter
° 250gm soft cream cheese packet
° 2 cups icing sugar (powdered sugar)
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees F . Grease 9 * 13 baking tray & set apart .
In a bowl, beat butter & sugar to blended . Add eggs, banana and vanilla and beat until combined.
In another bowl, mix the flour with baking soda and salt. Add to wet mixture and stir.
Pour into the prepared baking tray. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Fabulous.
Cream cheese frosting:
Beat butter and cheese together until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread over the cooled cake.
