° 1 kg of prawns
° 30 cherry tomatoes
° 1 bell pepper
For the fish marinade:
° 3 garlic cloves, chopped
° 1/2 lemon juice
° 1 glass of dry white wine
° 1 tablespoon of parsley, chopped
° a few drops of Tabasco
° salt
° pepper

Cooking: 5 min
- Shell the shrimp, put them in the marinade, mix well. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Cut the pepper into cubes. Drain the shrimp. Make the skewers, alternating the shrimp and the vegetables.
- Grill them on the barbecue for 5 minutes, turning them from time to time and brushing them with the marinade as often as possible, to prevent the shrimp from drying out.
