Ingredients
dough:
°1 teaspoon active dry yeast
°1 teaspoon granulated sugar
°Half a cup of warm water
°1 tablespoon olive oil
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°Half a teaspoon of white vinegar
°1 – 2 cups baking flour or all-purpose flour
+Topping:
°1 ½ tablespoons salted butter
°2 cloves minced garlic
°¼ c Parmesan cheese
°1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
How to prepare
Step 1:
In a stand mixer, mix ½ cup of warm water with sugar and yeast. Stirring mixture and leave for 5 min. Then add the remaining ½ cup of warm water, olive oil, salt and vinegar.
Step 2:
Mix ingredients on medium to low speed and gradually add flour, using your finger joints, knead for a few minutes, or until dough is smooth and slightly sticky. Then cover the bowl with a dry towel and let it rest in a warm place for an hour.
Step 3:
Preheat the oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit with a pizza stone inside or an upside-down muffin plate inside. Then gently beat the dough out, place a large piece of parchment paper on your counter and use a rolling pin or your hands to spread the dough into a rectangle about an inch thick.
The fourth step:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and garlic, then spread the mixture evenly over the dough, evenly to the edges. Top it with Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Fifth step:
Transfer the dough to a hot pizza stone in the oven. Leave to bake for 8-12 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
Sixth step:
You can serve it with dipping sauces such as marinara sauce or ranch.
