° Lemon, pepper and buffalo sauce
1/2 cup frank hot red sauce
° 2 tsp unsalted butter
° 1 tsp minced garlic

° 1 tablespoon lemon and pepper seasoning
° Additional tsp. of lemon and pepper seasoning

  • Directions :

Drying the chicken wiith paper towels
Season the chicken with lemon seasoning, pepper, all-purpose pickle, onion powder, garlic powder, and vegetable oil.Set air fryer to 380 degrees F . Place the wings in a basket and cook for 12 minutes per side (work in batches if you can’t lay all the wings flat in a single layer)
Raise the heat to 400F and cook for another 5 minutes
While the chicken is cooking, you can make the sauce
Melt 2 tsp of butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.Mix minced garlic, hot sauce, honey and lemon pepper
