  • Ingredients:

° Strawberry: to taste (sliced)

° Berries: to taste

° Jam: 2 tablespoons (cherries)

° Water: a quarter cup

° Biscuit: a box

° Butter: 12 cup (melted)

° Milk: half a cup

° Cream: a box

° Cream cheese: 2 cans

° Whipping cream: 2 sachets

° Gelatin: 1 teaspoon

° Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

  • How to prepare :

Grind the biscuit, then add the butter to it and mix well until the ingredients are homogeneous.

Spread the mixture in cupcake molds and set aside.

Beat the whipping cream according to the instructions on the box.

Put cheese and milk in an electric mixer and mix.

Add the whipped cream, gelatin, and vanilla, while mixing continuously, until the ingredients are well combined.

Spread the mixture over the biscuits, then put it in the fridge.

Before serving, mix jam with water and spread it on top of the cheesecake, then decorate with strawberries and berries to your liking.


Lemon Gooey Butter Cookies – Best Ever

These Lemon Sticky Butter Cookies are seven ingredient cookies that simply melt in your mouth. With the ease of a lemon cake mix, these cookies come together quickly and easily. So if you and yours are lemon lovers this is a must see.

  • Ingredients:

° 2 eggs

° 2 cups of sugar

° ½ 1 teaspoon of salt

° 1 cup of cold butter

° 3 cups all-purpose flour

° ¼ 1 teaspoon of baking soda

° 1¼ teaspoon of baking powder

° 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice

° 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

° 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest

° Natural yellow food coloring drops

  • How to prepare:

In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar for 4 minutes until it becomes smooth as cream, then add the eggs, vanilla and lemon zest with its juice

Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and food coloring, mix well, then make small cookies from the mixture.

We bake the pieces in the oven at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes, take them out of the oven, let them cool, and we can sprinkle coarse sugar on them to serve.


Italian Bomboloni

  • Bread: 3 cups (all-purpose flour is also fine)
  • Fast-acting dry yeast: 2 to 1/4 teaspoons
  • Salt: 2 teaspoons
  • Granulated sugar: 1/4 cup + more for coating
  • Lemon: 1 (zested)
  • Egg: 2 (lightly beaten)
  • Whole milk: 3/4 cup
  • Softened butter: 1/2 stick (about 4 tablespoons)
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Chocolate-hazelnut spread, jam or pastry cream, for filling


  1. In the beginning, pick a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook and combine in together the flour, yeast, salt, sugar, and lemon zest. You’ll need to add the eggs, milk, butter and vanilla extract, mixing well. You can then knead the dough in the stand mixer or if making the dough by hand around 2 minutes and then tip it onto a floured work surface and knead for 5 minutes, or until it’s smooth and elastic but still quite sticky. Finally, be sure to transfer the dough to a large, lightly oiled bowl. Always remember to cover with a plastic wrap. And please let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  2. Okay now, roll out the dough with a rolling pin until about 3/4 inch thick. Then, using a round pastry cutter, cut the dough into disks the size of a cup. Immediately place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, covering with plastic wrap and let rise for another 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil to 350 F in a large, deep pan. After that, you may want to fry the doughnuts in batches, turning halfway through the cooking time, until golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes. When finished, remove using a slotted spoon and then drain on paper towels. At this point, dredge the doughnuts in granulated sugar until completely covered.
  4. Spoon your favourite filling into a piping bag fitted with a medium nozzle. To finish, make a small hole in the side of each doughnut, push in the nozzle and squeeze to fill the bomboloni and Serve warm, ENJOY!!.

Christmas Ritz Cracker Cookies

3 sleeves Ritz Crackers
1 c creamy peanut butter
15-20 oz dark chocolate melting wafers

Step 1: Line the cookie sheet with wax paper.

Step 2: Spread the peanut butter with a knife between 2 Ritz Crackers. Put them together to make a sandwich.

Step 3: Repeat step 2 to the rest of the Ritz Crackers and peanut butter.

Step 4: Place the sandwiches onto the prepared cookie sheet.

Step 5: Refer to the directions provided on the package of the chocolate on how to melt it.

Step 6: Dip the cracker sandwiches into the melted chocolate and shake off any excess.

Step 7: Put the crackers sandwiches back to the prepared cookie sheet and allow them to dry.

Step 8: Place the cracker sandwiches inside the freezer to chill for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 9: Remove from the freezer

Step 10: Serve and enjoy!

Place leftover cracker sandwiches in an airtight container. Feel free to melt the chocolate using a double broiler placed on the stove. You can also melt it inside the microwave.
