Cheese Steak Tacos With Buffalo Fries

22 oz bag of waffle fries
1/2 lb beef
1 packet of taco seasoning
1/2 yellow onion
2 tbsp oil
3/4 cup shredded cheddar
3/4 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1 large tomato seed taken out and diced
1 ripe avocado diced
1/2 cup chopped scallion
Optional: soured cream for topping

First, preheat the oven to 400, and from there, you will want to take the waffle fries and then spread them using your hands. You want to make sure that this is all fully placed on a cooking utensil.

Make sure that the fries are fully spread onto a single layer, and that nothing is overlapping. Bake these until they’re very crispy and golden.

While they’re cooking, it’s time to make the tacos. You want to get the oil, heat it up in a pan, with medium heat, and then, add in the onions, and sauté them until they get translucent.

From there, add in the beef, breaking this up with a fork or other small buts, until it’s a fine mixture, and from there, add in some taco seasoning.

Mix all of this together in the same pot, cooking it on the same medium heat, and from there, cook this till the beef is totally done.

Next, you want to take your taco shells, and from there, add the beef to them. Top all of this with some shredded cheese.

Place this in the oven and then cook this until it’s nice and browned, and the taco shells are golden browned, usually about 10 minutes.

To serve this, you want to make the tacos, put them out, and then, you want to take your waffle fries, and from there, cover them in the buffalo sauce, tossing them to coat. Serve this to the side of the dish with the tacos.

You can also add some tomatoes, salsa, lettuce, guac, and other toppings to this. For the buffalo fries, you can serve them with ketchup if you want to add a nice taste to them.

If the buffalo sauce is too hot for you, try to go for a mild sauce, rather than something medium, since that does impact the heat of it as well.
