Chicken Croissant Salad Sandwiches stuffed with delicious chicken salad stuffed with butter and soft croissant. These are delicious sandwiches that we love to eat all year round!

I think everyone has their own way of making chicken salad. The varieties are endless and delicious for sure. I love this chicken salad very simple, without any nuts, like many chicken salad recipes. Today, I am sharing my favorite method for achieving this. My chicken salad is so cool, refreshing and delicious. It’s the perfect recipe for summer!

One of my favorite ways to enjoy chicken salad is between a smooth, buttery croissant. These chicken salad croissant sandwiches are amazing. They make a great summer lunch or dinner, but I make them year-round because we love them so much!

My main tip is to prepare the chicken salad at least 4 to 6 hours in advance. Better overnight! This way the flavors have a chance to really evolve. It’ll be worth the wait. I promise 😉
