Easy to prepare with all your family’s favorite foods – bacon, cheese, pasta and chicken! Add some broccoli or other vegetables to make it a main dish.
- Ingredients :
° 4-5 boneles, skinless-chicken-breasts
° 6 slices of high quality beef – cooked and crumbled
° 2 cans cream soup-chicken
° 2 c grat Monterey cheese Jack
° 1 package (16 ounces) dried spiral pasta
° 1 tablespoon garlic powder
° Salt and pepper to taste
- Prepare :
Cook and chop the beef. When beef is cooking, cutting chicken to small pieces. Set cooked beef apart for later using. Ini same skillet, cooking chicken in beef broth. Adding garlic powder, salt also pepper to taste.
While chicken is cook, prepare pasta accorde to directions. Spray a 9″ x 13″ baking tray with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 400.
Drain pasta, & return it to pot. Add chicken, 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese – stir well. Pour to prepared dish-baking.
Top with the beef, then the remaining cup of Monterey Jack cheese.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and starting to brown on top.
