This quick and easy beef and shell pasta dinner combines this delicious ground beef with lots of cheese and a tender pasta crust! It’s a family favorite dinner that can be on the table in just 20 minutes from start to finish!
*ingredients:
°9 oz medium shells
°1 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)
°½ cup white onion (diced or use yellow onion)
°Half a tablespoon of garlic (chopped)
°1 pound lean ground beef
°All-purpose flour cup
°1 tsp Italian seasoning
°½ teaspoon salt and pepper (to taste)
°1/2 cup beef broth
°15 oz of tomato sauce
°4 ounces cream cheese (soft, cubed)
°2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)

In a large saucepan of salted water, cook pasta crusts until soft (firm to bite).Usually, 12 minutes less than packaging instructions.

Heat a large skillet or non-stick frying pan with olive oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil starts shimmering, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Fry them until translucent and soft, about 3-4 minutes.

Adding ground beef & cooking to brown, breaking up meat as it cooks. Once the burger turns brown, add the flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and toss with the ground beef.
1 pound lean ground beef, 12 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 12 teaspoons each, salt and pepper
Slowly add meat broth and tomato sauce, then bring to a boil over low heat. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, as the sauce thickens.
