Crescent Roll Chicken Bundles


2 8 oz cans Pillsbury crescent roll dough
2 – 3 c shredded cooked chicken
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
8 oz cream cheese softened
2 – 3 c shredded cooked chicken
1 pkg Italian dressing mix
2 – 3 green onions chopped


In a medium pot, combine cream cheese and both soup cans and cook on medium.
Stir in the dressing mix until everything is well mixed. Reduce the heat to a low setting.
Pour the majority of the mixture into a large mixing bowl, but keep enough in the pan to serve as a sauce for the chicken bundles.
Mix the chicken and green onions together in a large mixing dish.
Divide the crescent roll dough into individual triangles and lay them on a cookie sheet.
Place a dollop of the chicken mixture on the crescent roll dough and roll it up (we fold the left side in, the right side in, and then roll towards the long point).
Bake in the oven for 9-12 minutes.
If preferred, top with the remaining gravy and serve warm.
