°3 cups of sugar
°1 12 cups soft butter
°3 c flour, sift
°2 tablespoons of lemon extract
°1 cup 7UP®
°1 cup sifted powdered sugar
°Quarter cup of milk
°1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Generously grease the chimney mold.
Beat sugar also butter with mixer to smooth. Beat the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour, then lemon extract and soft drink. Transfering mixture to skillet.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean, about 75 minutes. Don’t miss it as soon as it comes out of the oven.
Beat the powdered sugar with the milk and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth. Pour over hot cake.
