Ingredients:
°6 slices of bacon.
°Large head cabbage, I removed the pulp and sliced it.
°2 cloves chopped from garlic.
°1 cube large onion.
°1 tbsp salt.
°1 tbsp ground black pepper.
°1/2 tbsp onion powder.
°1/2 tbsp garlic powder.
°1/2 tbsp of paprika.
°Carrots, but optional
- Methods :
Step 1:
In a large frying pan, fry the bacon over medium heat until crispy and sautéed.
Step 2:
To rinse, I cut the bacon and put it on paper towels. I cut it into crumbs.
Step 3:
Stir the garlic and onion with the bacon grease and cook in a pan, stirring constantly for 5 minutes until cooked.
Step 4:
After that, I quickly added the cabbage and continued to cook for another ten minutes or even diluted.
Step 5:
To steam the cabbage, add bacon crumbs on top, 1⁄3 a glass of water as needed, salt and pepper to taste, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
Step 6:
I flipped to mix, reduced the heat and cooked for a few more minutes, or until the liquid evaporated, and kept stirring at repeated intervals.
Step 7:
If necessary, I tasted and prepared my experience, and introduced it immediately.
Remember that you have some carrots in the mixture, which adds something special to the dish.
