Homemade Pepperoni Pizza

This homemade pepperoni pizza has everything you want – great crust, sticky cheese, and tons of pepperoni. The secret of the wonderful flavor of pepperoni? Hide more under the cheese! Who needs delivery?

My kids love pizza, so pepperoni pizza is usually a sure win for dinner. I see pizza as a cheat night for me, and I get delivered.

So when she decided to make pizza at home, she realized it needed to be better than your average delivery. It needed tons of pepperoni, a nice crust, great flavor, and maybe a surprise or two to top it off.

First, on the dough: Don’t get confused! If this is your first time making pizza at home, just buy the dough.

If you want to try homemade pizza dough, start with the no-kneaded version. It is very easy to make and practical from failure.
