Do you love chicken? Do you love pasta? Wait until you try Chicken Tuscan Pasta. Made in the Instant Pot, this recipe is the perfect combinations of ease and flavor. With a creamy garlic sauce, this creamy chicken pasta recipe is too delicious not to try.

Ingredients
For the chicken:

2 Tbsp. Olive oil
2 Large boneless skinless chicken breasts, or the equivalent of 1 ½ lbs.
1 tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Rosemary
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp. Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste


For the pasta:
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 Onion chopped
1 C. Sun-dried tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Minced garlic
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 C. Evaporated milk
2 C. Chicken broth
3 C. Medium sized shell pasta
1 ½ C. Parmesan cheese grated
8 oz. Cream cheese softened
4-5 C. Fresh spinach


Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients for the chicken except for the olive oil together in a small bowl. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the mixture.
Turn the Instant Pot on to the saute function, and place the 2 tablespoons of olive oil in it.
Once heated, place the chicken into the Instant Pot, and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken, and place it onto a plate.
Add another tablespoon of oil to the Instant Pot, and mix in the onions. Saute for a minute or two, and then mix in the garlic.
Toss in the sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning, stirring to combine.
Mix in the chicken broth, evaporated milk and medium sized shell pasta, stirring well.
Place the chicken on top of the pasta mixture, and place the lid on the Instant Pot. Make sure the release valve is pointing to the sealing position.
Set the manual setting for 4 minutes on high pressure.
As soon as the cook time is done, carefully move the release valve to the venting position to perform a quick release.
Remove the chicken, and set it aside. Stir the remaining ingredients in the pot.

Set the Instant Pot to the saute function, and mix in the cream cheese until completely melted.
Sprinkle in the parmesan cheese, and then toss in the fresh spinach, and stir until completely wilted and combined.
Turn the Instant Pot off.
Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces, and return it to the Instant Pot. Stir carefully so that all of the ingredients combine well.
