Now for a classic cocktail elevated with a frozen berry twist. Flamboyant, fresh and full of fast, festive flavour, this cheeky drink is just the thing for a little pick-me-up. One for me, one for Father Christmas!
50ml fresh lime juice (2-3 limes)
100ml quality blanco tequila
50ml triple sec or cointreau
½ a bunch of fresh mint (15g)
Pour the lime juice into a blender, along with the tequila and triple sec.
Add the frozen berries, a handful of ice cubes and 2 or 3 mint leaves, then pop the lid on and whiz until smooth.
Pour into martini glasses, garnish with a sprig of mint and a little lime zest, and serve.
