INGREDIENTS
°1 1/4 c flour
°3/4 c butter
°1/4 c pecans
°8 oz cream cheese, soft
°16 oz. cold whisk
°1 cup powder sugar
°4 small cans lemon pudding
°5 cups milk
INSTRUCTIONS
FIRST LAYER
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Cut the butter into flour. Mix well and add the pecans. Pat the bottom of a 9-13 pot and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
SECOND LAYER
Whisk together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Stir in half the fresh whisk (about 8 oz). Spread over the crust.
THIRD LAYER
Combine the lemon pudding and milk. Beat until thick. Spreading on cream cheese layer.
FOURTH LAYER
Spreading rest fresh whisk over the top. Sprinkle with pecans.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
