- Ingredients:
° 8 hard-boiled eggs
° 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
° 2 tbsp. Prepared Ranch Dressing
° 1/4 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
° 2 teaspoons of vinegar
° 1/4 teaspoon of salt
° 1 teaspoon of dry mustard
° chilli pepper
° onion powder
° ranch dressing mix or dried parsley for sprinkling
° 3 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
- instructions:
Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half. Removing yolks & reserve whites.
In a bowl, crush the egg yolks. Add mayonnaise, ranch dressing, cheese, vinegar, salt, dry mustard, pepper and onion powder. Mix well.
Pour the egg yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with cooked bacon and dry Ranch dressing or parsley. Keep refrigerated.
