500g of minced meat
200g of cheese
200g (1 3/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
100ml (1/2 cup) of milk
Oil for frying
In a bowl add the meat, onion, salt, pepper, and egg, and mix everything well until the mixture is homogenous.
Transfer the mixture to the cutting board covered with cling film and distribute the meat by hand. Arrange the baked ham and cheese.
Wrap the meat in a loaf and tighten it with cling film. Transfer to the freezer for 1 hour.
In a bowl mix the eggs with flour. Add the milk and mix everything well.
After time has elapsed cut the meatloaf into rolls and then transfer them to the previously prepared egg mixture and then coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry the meat rolls in the hot oil until they are golden brown on both sides
