MUFFIN CARROT CAKE

I made a carrot cake shaped like a carrot cake.A great method to get most out vegetables (especially kids). I added a touch of vanilla to these pancakes.

  • You will need:

+300 g carrots
+80 g sugar
+127 g flour
+7 cl oil
+1 egg
+40 g ground hazelnut
+1/3 sachet yeast
+1 tsp ground cinnamon
+1 nutmeg

  • Methods :

Step 1
Preheat oven 180 ° C (6 sixths). Sift the flour, baking powder, ground hazelnuts, cinnamon and nutmeg into a salad bowl.
The second step
In bowl, whisking eggs, sugar & oil. Combine the two preparations and add the grated carrots. Place the boxes in muffin tins and pour the mixture into the alveoli (2/3 full). Bake for 20 minutes. it’s ready!
