°1 can of Eagle Brand style sweetened condensed milk (300 ml)
°2 cups (500 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Take a square pyrex dish, butter it and add parchment paper to easily remove the fudge. In a microwave-safe bowl, pour the can of Eagle Brand condensed milk and the chocolate chips. Heat for 1 minute on HIGH. Mix, and heat for another thirty seconds. Add the vanilla and mix. Pour into the Pyrex dish. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Transfer to an airtight dish for better storage. Voila, your chocolate fudge is ready! Enjoy your lunch!
