Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

3 tbsp olive oil

4 boneless pork chops

2 tbsp Italian bread crumbs

½ tsp garlic powder

⅓ c. Parmesan cheese, grated

1 pinch paprika

¼ tsp pepper

1 tsp dried parsley

How to make Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops
Step 1:
Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using cooking spray, grease a glass baking dish.

Step 2: Drizzle both sides of the pork chops with 2 tbsp olive oil.

Step 3: Place the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Mix well until combined. Add the pork chops and completely coat them with the mixture.

Step 4: In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil. Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes per side. Then, transfer the pork chops into the prepared baking dish.

Step 5: Place the pork chops into the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes. The baking time is longer if using thicker pork chops.
