Snowball biscuits

Snowball biscuits are one of the classic Christmas dishes, many people think it is essential during the holiday season.Creamy and nutty, with a light texture, it melts in the mouth, just like whipped shortbread biscuits. Snowball biscuits always remind me of marshmallows.These Italian cookies are popular all winter. Serve with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or homemade eggnog for the perfect combination!

  • Ingredients :

° 1 c. All-purpose flour
° 1 1/2 c. walnut finely
1/3 cup sugar
° kosher salt Sip
° 1 tsp vanilla extract pure
° 1/2 c. chopped butter finely
° 1 C sugar fine

  • Directions :

Preheaat oven to 350 degrees also placing parchment paper on a large baking sheet.Blend flour/nuts/sugar, salt and vanilla in a bowl.Adding oil and stirring by hand until a thicken meat mixture is formed.

Shape the dough into small balls and place them in the prepared biscuit tray.

Bake 15 minutes.When they are still warm but cool enough to touch, roll the cookies in powdered sugar.Place on a metal rack to cool completely.After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar again.
