Ingredients
1 roll pizza dough, 12 to 16 ounces, depending on thickness of the crust you want
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
15 ounces refried beans
ΒΌ cup salsa
2 cups Cheddar Cheese or Mexican Cheese blend, shredded
Optional Toppings:
Black Olives
Sour Cream
Diced Tomatoes
Lettuce
Sour Cream
Green onions
Instructions
Roll out the pizza crust and let it rest for 30 minutes
Place the crumbled ground beef into a skillet and brown until fully cooked, drain any excess fat
Add the Taco Seasoning and water and simmer for 10 minutes
Preheat the oven to 400*
Roll the dough into a pizza tray or on a cookie tray
Bake for 8 minutes and remove from the oven
In a small bowl, combine the salsa with the refried beans and stir to combine well
Spread the bean and salsa mix onto the crust in a thin layer
Sprinkle the taco meat over the refried bean and salsa layer
Sprinkle with the cheese and olives if you choose
Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted thoroughly
Remove from the oven and top with your choice of assorted and optional toppings
Top with a spoonful of Sour Cream in the center of the pizza
