The Lady and Sons Grits Recipe

This is for 4 servings
3/4 C. quick cooking grits
1/2 C. Whole Milk
1/2 C. Water
1/4 tsp. salt
4 T. Butter

In a medium saucepan bring water, milk and butter to a boil. Reduce heat and add grits and salt whisking rapidly. Cover and let simmer 5 minutes until grits start to thicken. Keep an eye on them so they do not stick. Remove from heat and serve!
