You’ll Need :
Baby turkey wings
onion powder
garlic powder
poultry seasoning
Directions :
poke the wings to tenderize them
season them (overnight is best)
lay them out (make sure the tips are not covered or if you do cover them … brown the tips in the end)
Cook at 400 if you want them done soon or slow cook them at 200 (cooked covered then uncovered)
