Are you a fan of steaks? We love the steakhouse at Chili Pepper Madness Kitchen. Any great steak.Every day of the week, I eat grilled ribeye or grilled filet steak.

  • ingredients :
  • Steak Seasoning
    ° 1.5 pounds fillet steak, cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch thin strips, then cut into 35-inch pieces
    ° 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
    ° 1 tablespoon Japanese rice wine or dry sherry See notes in flyer
    ° 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
    ° 1 teaspoon Asian hot sauce
    ° 1 teaspoon sesame oil, toasted ° 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and ginger powder
  • frying sauce
    ° 1/3 cup low sodium broth chicken
    ° 3 tsp oyster sauce
    ° 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
    ° 2 tsp brown sugar
    ° 1 tablespoon of Japanese rice wine or dry sherry See information on package insert ° 1 – 2 tablespoons of Asian chili sauce such as Sambal Oelek
    ° 1/2 tsp toaasted sesame oil
    ° 1 tsp cornstarch
    ° 1/2 tsp 5 Chinese spices
    ° 1/4 tsp pepper
    ° Salt

    ° 3 sweet bell peppers (any kombu color), cut into inch-thick slices
    1 onion cut into thin slices
    ° 1 tablespoon minced ginger
    ° 6 cloves minced garlic
    ° Vegetable oil or peanut oil
  • Directions :

Marinade: Pour the dressing ingredients directly into a freezer bag or a large bowl and mix well, add the meat and grind the marinade.Incubate at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes or refrigerate for 28 hours.Sauce: Whisking sauce ingredients in a bowl.You can cook while marinating, covering and cooling or cooking steak.Preparation: Heat 2 tablespoons of peanut oil or vegetable oil on high heat in a large, thick-bottomed pan until it is very hot and sizzles.For 23 people, put the steak layer by layer in a pan and simmer for 1 minute, then turn it over and simmer for another minute (the sauce will increase).Transfer the steak to a large plate and cover it with a lid. Repeat.Putting 1 tsp of oil in an empty pot, heat it on medium heat, then add the onions and saute for 2 minutes, then add the pepper, garlic and ginger and simmer for another minute.
Mixing: Return the beef to the skillet as well and mix, stirring the sauce until smooth, then add it to the saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, to thicken sauce and meat to become tender, 1 to 2 minutes, season and add chili sauce as needed.If you want, you can serve it with rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
