This No-Bake Pineapple Dream Dessert is very delicious. My favorite sweets are those that are visually appealing and don’t need any baking, such as this one. This dish seems to be extremely stunning and festive in appearance. If you like pineapple, you’ll go crazy for this recipe. – If you like coconut as well, that’s an added bonus!

This light and fluffy pineapple cheesecake dessert are easy to carry to parties and often receives positive feedback. This simple dessert just takes 15-20 minutes to prepare and is great for the spring or summer!

To be quite honest, I was never a huge lover of pineapple until I visited Maui a couple of years ago. On my visit, I went on a tour of the Maui Gold Pineapple Farm, where I learned exactly how wonderful a pineapple can be! Every one of us got a fresh pineapple to take home with us, and we spent the remainder of our meals in the condo brainstorming creative ways to incorporate it into our dishes!

Until you are ready to serve this delectable pineapple whipped cream dessert, it is best kept refrigerated. These are some of the various names we’ve heard for different variations of this dish… Pineapple Delight, Pineapple Cool Whip Dessert, Pineapple Dream Dessert, Pineapple Cool Whip Dessert… No matter what name is given to this dish, it is a popular choice among almost everyone!

HERE IS THE LIST OF ALL INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED FOR THIS FABULOUS DESSERT:

A medium package. Of softened cream cheese, I used the 8-ounces pkg.

A Cup.Of powdered sugar.

1 Cup. Of crushed pineapple, I drained the juice.

A medium tub. Of whipped topping, I prefer using « Cool Whip ».

THE INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR THE FAMOUS GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

½ Cup.Of granulated sugar.

½ Cup.Of melted butter.

Crushed graham crackers, I used a box of 20 pieces.

TOPPING INGREDIENTS:

¼ Cup.Of shredded coconut.

¼ Cup. Of diced pineapple, I drained the juice.

PREPARATION:

Step 1:

To start, choose a medium mixing bowl, and using an electric mixer, beat gently the cream cheese until it becomes somewhat frothy.

Step 2:

Secondly, you need to include gradually the powdered sugar, mixing until everything is well-combined.

Step 3:

And now, In a separate bowl, you’ll combine the whipped topping and beat until frothy, fold in the crushed pineapple with a spatula, then put the mixture aside.

Step 4:

Using a small mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter until everything is well mixed. Spread the mixture into an 8 × 8 baking dish.

Step 5:

After that, you can spread the filling over the crust, smoothing it out with a spatula until it’s evenly distributed.

Step 6:

And the final step is refrigerating it for approximately 2 hours, until the pineapple is firm, after topping with shredded coconut and sliced pineapple.
