2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of canola oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
⅔ cup of brown sugar
⅓ cup of balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon of Sriracha sauce
⅛ teaspoon of Cajun seasoning
⅛ teaspoon of Cayenne
In a saucepan, meltt the butter and oil, then add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat, add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Let cool completely.
Pour into a Ziploc plastic bag and add the steaks.
Marinate in the refriigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
