Blackberry Cobbler

INGREDIENTS:

°Shortcrust pastry or puff pastry

°400g blackberries

°100 g caster sugar or caster sugar

°1 whole egg

°200 ml liquid cream

PREPARATION:

1 On a base of shortcrust cake or puff baked good, place the new or frozen blackberries.

2 Beat an egg with sugar, then, at that point, blend in with the fluid cream.
