Fill a mason jar and tie around it with ribbon, it will be the perfect gift. Plus, it’s cheap and economical! In one go, you fill two quart jars with a little bit of residue.

  • Ingredients

° A cup of dry corn kernels

1/4 cup regular vegetable oil

° a cup of sugar

° a cup of water

  • How to prepare

1- Choose a suitable deep saucepan with a lid and put the corn grains, oil, sugar and water in it and mix them well.

2- Place the saucepan on the stove over medium heat and continue to stir the contents for about two minutes.

3- After the sugar melts, place the lid on the saucepan so that the corn kernels do not fly off, and wait a while, about 10 minutes, until you hear a sound.

Crackle the inside of the bowl, until the corn kernels turn into popcorn.

Take the pot off the heat and transfer the popcorn to a serving plate and enjoy its wonderful taste and your evening with family or friends.
