1 (20ounces) container of refrigerated or frozen cheese tortellini
1 pound ground beef
1 (24ounces) jar of pasta sauce
8 (oz) cream cheese (cubed)
1-2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c grated or shredded parmesan
seasoning to taste

Step 1: Place a large pot with salted water on the stove and turn the heat to high, then allow the water to boil.

Step 2: Add in the pasta and cook for several minutes until al dente.

Step 3: Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.

Step 4: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 5: Apply cooking in a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 6: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 7: Add in the beef and cook for a few minutes until brown. Make sure to season the beef with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 8: Discard any excess oil, then add in the cream cheese and tomato sauce. Stir until well combined. Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes.

Step 9: Add in the cooked pasta and toss until well coated by the sauce.

Step 10: Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese on top.

Step 11: Place it inside the preheated oven and in the middle rack. Bake for about 20 minutes, then broil for 2 to 3 more minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.

Step 12: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for at least minutes.

Step 13: Serve with salad, garlic bread, or mixed vegetables. Enjoy!
