Classic goulash


°1/3 pound pasta
°1 1/3 pounds ground beef
° 1 onion, garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder, hot sauce to flavor
° 2 can (145 oz) fully cook un-drained tomatoes
°2 tsp ketchup
°Tomato juice as need

*Methods :

Cooking pasta to done according to instructions on the, mice meat and onions in a very large saucepan or in a Dutch oven.
season with spices as wanted .In bowl, mashing tomatoes with potato masher also mix with beef in ketchup.Drain pasta and add it to meat mixture, mixing well. Taste & adding add seasonings as needed.I didn’t need to add any tomato juice to my tomato juice, but if you like your juice a lot you can add as much tomato juice as you like. Phyllis adds it to her leftovers, which I also recommend, since pasta tends to absorb all the juice over time.
