Fat Burning Cucumber Salad

°1 avocado
°½ cucumber
°lemon juice
°½ red onion
°1 or 2 tomatoes
°Fresh coriander
°A drizzle of olive oil
°A pinch of salt and pepper

+To make this ideal salad for lunch or dinner, you don’t need to spend hours preparing it, or countless ingredients. So, shall we try?
You must first cut the avocado and the tomatoes into pieces, then the cucumber into strips, and do the same with the red onion.
Then, just put everything in a salad bowl, before adding cilantro, a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
