- Ingredients :
° 2 cups milk
° 1 egg
° 2 teaspoons of vanilla
° 2 cups of flour
° a pinch of salt
° 1 teaspoon of baking soda
° 2 tablespoons of sugar
° 6 tablespoons butter – melted
- Instructions :
In a medium bowl, mix the milk, eggs, vanilla and butter together.
Then add salt, baking soda, and sugar.
Slowly add the flour until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the dough mixture into a gallon ziplock and leave it aside for a few minutes.
Pour the vegetable oil into a frying pan until the oil is half an inch deep.
Turn the stove on over high heat for about two minutes, then reduce the heat to a medium heat.
Checking oil by dropping a little drop of mixture to oil. If bubbles start to appear around the edges it is ready. If not, turn it over again until it’s fine and hot.
Take scissors and cut a small hole in the bottom corner of the bag. Slowly sprinkle the mixture on one or two circles and cook until golden brown on the bottom half.
Sweetly turn it on with a insert metal spoon and cooking again until bottom half is auric .
Lay it on a tissue paper to absorb most of the fat and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
