°Boneless, skinless chicken breast
°4 cloves garlic, minced
°4 tablespoons brown sugar
°1 tablespoon olive oil
°Add herbs & spices, as wanted
- Directions :
Preheat oven 450°F, line baking dish or cookie sheet with aluminum foil & coat lightly with cooking spraying or brush with oil.
In a small frying pan, fry garlic in oil until softened.
Remove from heat and stir with brown sugar. Adding additional herbs & spices as wanted.
Seasoning chicken with salt & pepper. Placing breasts in prepared baking dish & covering with garlic & brown sugar mixture.
Baking, un-covered, for 15-30 min, or to juices run clear. Cooking time depends on the size and thickness of the chicken.
