This is a super easy and pretty much foolproof recipe for beef stew! Your guests will always appreciate and enjoy!
*Ingredients (4 people) :
°Provence herbs
°50 cl of red wine
°salt
°pepper
°40 grams butter
°2 tablespoons oil
°1 can of mushrooms
°4 islands
°1 medium onion
°2 cloves of garlic
°1 tablespoon tomato paste
°1 pot of tomato sauce about 250g
°1 kg of beef bourguignon
- Preparation :

Chop garlic and onion. Peel the carrots and cut them into 4 mm thick slices.

In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and butter and saute the garlic and onion. Then add the meat in pieces and fry until well colored on all sides.

Then adding salt, pepper & herbs. stir well.

Add tomato sauce and tomato paste and stir well.

Add carrots, mushrooms and red wine.

Close the pressure cooker and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes from the start of the valve rotation. And there you are! it’s ready !
