This is what we do: This will serving 6.
- For every person, thinly slice (for 1/8 inch) 2 red potatoes & place in pie pan or on large piece foil.
- To make 6 patties, combine 1.5 pounds 85% lean ground beef, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon, 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper & 1/2 c finely chop onions. Divide to 6 one-inch-patties.
Top each potato dish with a patty of meat and asparagus or green beans, then sprinkle generously with seasoned salt or garlic salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, especially on the potatoes.
- Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
