Layer Potatoes and meatballs
Delicious meatball casserole crafted from scratch with creamy mashed potatoes. This casserole is a crowd pleaser – smooth meatballs with selfmade marinara sauce on pinnacle of creamy mashed potatoes with masses of scrumptious cheese!
When I think about my ideal casserole, this dish involves mind.
Lots of delicious cheese and soft meatballs, Marira sauce on creamy mashed potatoes, sooner or later, a lot of cheese will be added.
I suggest all of us love meatballs and mashed potatoes, so why now no longer placed them collectively and make this masterpiece ?
- Ingredients :
° Italian meatballs recipe
° mashed potato recipe
° 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese2 tablespoons chopped sparkling parsley
- Instructions :
Prepare the mashed potatoes and meatballs: Prepare the mashed potatoes as laid out in my recipe here. Prepare the Italian meatballs such as the sauce as laid out in my recipe here.
Preparing for the oven: Preheaat oven to 350 ranges F .
Prepare the casserole: Spray a 9″ through 13″ casserole dish with a touch cooking spray (I used a Le Creuset Braiser, hyperlink is below the appliance).
Assemble the casserole: Put the mashed potatoes withinside the backside of the casserole. Arrange the meatballs calmly over the mashed potatoes.
