Loaded Baked Potato & Chicken Casserole

Ingredients needed to make this dish

°In order for you to get this tasty baked chicken with tasty potatoes, you need:

°6 chicken thighs

°1 kg of potatoes

°220ml white wine

°1 large onion

°2 cloves garlic

°3-4 sprigs rosemary

°Extra virgin olive oil

°Salt

°Black pepper

Preparation

To prepare oven-baked chicken with savory potatoes, first put the chicken thighs in a saucepan with the wine. Add a little water to cover a quarter of the meat.

Then add the minced onion, a few sprigs of rosemary and salt and pepper. Then cook over low heat without covering it for about 20 to 25 minutes. In other words until the water is completely evaporated.

At the same time, peel the potatoes, then cut them into pieces. Prepare them well place them in a baking sheet. Season them generously with oil, salt, garlic pepper and chopped rosemary. Mix everything afterwards to distribute the sauce evenly. Then, put in the oven preheated to 200° in ventilated mode for 25 minutes.

Arrange the chicken meat between the potatoes, pour in the cooking juices. Then put in the oven until the chicken and vegetables are golden.

Finally your baked chicken with potatoes is ready, serve while it is hot.
