Taco pizza


°1 1/2 lb (750 g) ground lean beef
°1 pouch (35 g) Old El Paso™ Taco Seasoning Mix
°3/4 t. (175 mL) Old El Paso™ Chunky Salsa™
°1 pack. (297 g) 12 medium Old El Paso™ flour tortillas
°pizza toppings: sliced ​​mushrooms, olives, chopped green pepper, green onion, chopped tomato, etc.
°1 1/2 t. (375 mL) grated cheese (Monterey Jack, cheddar, Colby)


Preheat oven 400°F (200°C).
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add taco seasonings and salsa. Heat until well blended and puffy.
Place the tortillas on a cookie sheet. Divide the beef mixture between the shells, all the way to the edges. Add desired toppings. Top each pizza with 2 Tbsp. (25 mL) cheese.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and the edges have taken on a golden brown color.
Tip: Spread a thin layer of Old El Paso* Refried Beans on the pizza crust before adding the ground beef.
